Manny the Gorrilla Steward mostly has success when his fighters opponent have a signicant height and reach disadvantage and in addition to that, the opponent is usually limited or a straight up bum.

"Hitman" Hearns lost all his big fights with the exception of duran who was a blown up bantamweight.

Lennox dominated one of the weekest boxing era in history.

And mcgirt ,all the fighters he trained lost their big fights.

So somebody tell me what is all the big fuss about them.
How about neither? This poll is ridiculous and insulting to two of the best trainers in boxing. What, might I ask, do YOU know about training a fighter? Nothing right? There's a bit more to it then rinsing off the mouth piece and telling the fighter to go to the body. Come to think of it, what do you even know about boxing considering the rational you give above? Anything? Anything at all? I thought so. You don't know **** and you should just come out and admitt it.

it like a post before some train do there stuff before the fight and probably I cant give a good judgment but in the ring he doesnt have a good advice.

and some guy are not good learner I think Taylor loss makes him a more dangerous fighter he is still not complete because he could do so many simple things to improve or at least fight like he used to fight pre-winky fight

I dont think either are that overrated...
I mean, McGirt gets a lot of ****, but he has some quality fighters, so in a way hes a bit underrated.

Ill go ahead and say Manny, I think hes a fantastic trainer, but sometimes people automatically assume that he would be an excellent trainer to anyone. thats just not always the case. The trainer has to work well with the fighter for success. but Manny has really transformed some fighters after theyve worked with them and made them much more effective. look at the huge changes in Klitschko and Lewis after he started working with them. plus he has trained guys since very early and the turn out excellent, notably Hearns and now hes doing well with Lee.
those are the things I think tell the most about how good of a trainer a guy is.

if theres one trainer thats overrated, its Freddy. oh and Atlas, even tho Atlas gives very solid advice and comes up with great gameplans, he really was never amazing at getting it through his fighters' head, I thought. got too emotional, imo. too bad too, cause he definitely knows what hes talkin about
