Well Ricky likes to give up his defense by rushing in with his head down. And often lunging to get inside. I suspect Mayweather will take a step back and throw his counter straight right. I think that'll be the theme for most of the fight. And he'll fight his normal fight where he lets his opponents come to him.

The difference in handspeed will clearly be one of the big factors . The fact that floyd will not stand still and let Hatton bully him will also be factor.

Dont let Ricky get in a rythym. The fighter i saw all over KT was all moves... shoulders,head and feet. Granted it was all forward. Punch with him and dictate center. He's not going to win by going on the backfoot or Hatton will make it an ugly fight and it will be controversial no matter whoever the winner is.

Easily, do not rest on rops and dictate the pace by fighting on outside. Use the foot work to avoid tricky in-fighting situation.

Personally I don't think that Floyd has the power or patience to get a KO/TKO/Stoppage (whatever you want to call it). Hatton has a chin and likes wars, we know that. Floyd also can't afford to really jump in and go for a lot of flurries, because he risks catching one of Hatton's big punches (even though he's the "smaller man."). Now, that being said - If Mayweather wins, it will be because he fought Hatton like he fought DLH, stick-and-run. I think this will be one of the few fights where Floyd's left hand isn't a big factor. His counter punching will determine whether or not he hangs in.

For Hatton - he's got to take Floyd's legs away. Hard to do because Mayweather has a solid core, but its definitely possible. If Hatton can slow him down with some body shots and not take all kinds of counter punches, then it wont matter what PBF's gameplan is. But there are a lot of if's. Thats why THEY fight, and WE speculate.
