Well all he had is power so it can't be that underrated.

the list was for best punchers, not pure power. joe louis didn't have as much pure power and naturally heavy hands as others like foreman and shavers, but he had better technique, accuracy, combinations, and was ranked #1 for it.

nunn-kalambay in 1989 was more impressive. kalambay was a more proven veteran at the time and had a terrific chin. kalambay was out, where as norris at least stumbled to his feet groggy.

norris-mugabi in 1990 winning ko of the year, i dont know what the ring was smoking then. both ruddock-dokes and jackson-graham were better.

ring didn't have ko of the year in 1988. jackson-drayton would have been a good choice.

Alexis Arguello is a great puncher, but to have him that far ahead of quite a few of those guys raises this eyebrow. Arguello is like Magnum PI to me.. But I don't think that's what I remember coming away after watching his entire career multiple times.

Alexis could crack - but this is a guy that did his dirty work generally, but not always, late.. Late late.

Arguello had power in the 13th, 14th, and 15th rounds.. I'm not confused about how impressive that is.. But against these names? I don't know..

This list must have something more to do with absolute peak/prime weightclass and all that kind of stuff.. KO% ect. And obviously, a Peter North money shot fired directly into the mouth of an overly nostalgic dinosaur.
