have you notice only true warriors have diehard fans in boxing?? people travel to see hatton pavlik and any mexican boxer. nobody travels to see mayweather.
So you're saying you love a lot of losers. You love people who care more about their own ego than Floyd for Christ's sake. You think boxing is more about hurting one another then it is about boxing. Go watch MMA or bum fights. They care too much about the public thinking they're not blood and guts warriors so they get their ass pummeled, lose fights, and are forced to retire early.

And Floyd? I think he cares as much as I do. He'll spend 12 rounds boxing Hatton's ears off and the fans can sing Blue Moon all they want and it wont change the fact that Floyd will end the fight w/ a big smile on his face holding up his belts. Losers will trash him on sites for not standing toe-to-toe. He'll lose a lot of sleep. Seriously. How will he go on without the admiration of fareweather fans who will leave at the drop of the hat the minute he takes a step back?

Hell, I wouldnt watch a Floyd fight even if you gave me a free airline ticket and ringside seats. Just a waste of my valuable time.

Pac vs. anyone on the other hand, I'd pay thousands.

Boxing is all about fighting. Take away the fight in it and you have some form of dancing the kind only gays would pay to see.

If he hadn't beaten Baldomir for the linear recognized welterweight title somebody else would have and then that fighter would call himself the TRUE welterweight champ. Floyd did the right thing.

He is the recognized, linear welterweight champ, belt or not belt.......although he does have the WBC title.

You on the other hand jerk off to Floyd-Baldo and Floyd-DLH. Get a frigging life you loser.
People hold the present to a higher standard than the past. In truth I have no idea how good SRR was. Neither do you. I can watch fights, read articles, etc but I'll truly not know. The footage is as mediocre as are many of the opponents. He was a great fighter, one of the best; if not the best, but he is by no means leaps and bounds above many other top p4p fighters. Duran, Ali, Moore, Armstrong, etc.

Obviously I'd enjoy it more if PBF was a boxer puncer who inflicted more damage.. but he's not. I'm not going to give him **** over winning how he knows to. I would give him **** if he went out, stood toe-to-toe w/ an opponent; got knocked out and said, "I wanted to prove I was a warrior to ******ed people on the net, because they hurt my feelings."

in the ring he does nothing but run away. and stop bringing up fights from 10 years ago. we are talking about today and right now mayweather is nothing but a running coward. any man can get in a ring for a fight. the true warriors are the ones who go toe to toe and try to get the knockout. any man who runs for 12 rounds is a coward.
Viva Mexico, I think you are trying to make up for your lack of height with all that Machismo talk. Stop blowing smoke, you are blown up flyweight midget......deal with it and stop spewing nonsense

Are you even saying that Floyd compares to our ATGs? He isnt even the best in the sport today!

I'm not saying that he should go all gung-ho when he fought Baldo or DLH. All we paying fans asked was a little more effective punching coming from him. Which he did not do even if he got paid a king's ransom to do it.

And you know that he will NEVER do it, even if you gave him a frigging billion dollars.

You my friend are not a true boxing fan. Don't speak for everybody else you Flyweight midget. Boxing is not the World Wrestling Entertainment. You want entertainment, go watch wrestlers put each other through tables or something. This is boxing, the sweet science. There are some fighters who don't need to take punishment and trade in order to win. Hit and not get hit is what it's all about.........stop crying ***got.........and deal with it.

He used to be more of a boxer puncher, but as he moved up in weight he can't rely on his moderate punches to put people down anymore. People are stronger and can take his punches better at the weights he is fighting at now as opposed to in his earlier career. And yes, when all is said and done if Floyd fights for 3-5 more years and continues beating champions he should be recognized and talked about in the same category as some of the ATG. Just because his style isn't as appealing as many of the greats doesn't make him any worse of a fighter. The #'s don't lie.

Oh, and I wont even begin to guess who is the best in the sport today if PBF isn't.
