Mitchell was well past his prime. Even so, he had a few good moments but it was too few and far between. Considering the stage of Mitchell's carreer at the time, I dont think its a fair comparison. Floyd is a much better fighter, but he'd lose this fight. It is a cliche, but styles do make fights, and this is about the worst possible matchup for Floyd. Paul just never stops punching and he's got such a ridiculous reach advantage. He'd decision Floyd.

At 147 Floyd is Macho Camacho. He runs pitter pats and wins decisions. He wont be able to work that way with a guy who can hit him from across the ring. Williams by mid to late KO. Floyd will retire again before he makes this fight happen.
