yea i was pretty pissed off cos he is good for the sport, gives a good interveiw and makes boxers look better than some thugs without brains type that most people see boxers as, but kelly is a good guy 2 so we lost a good champ and good personal guy for boxing, but was replaced by another so its all good i guessComment

what makes me think that??
Roy Jones Jr. thats what
im not being a ****head, or being extreme, jermain taylor will never be the same fighter again, i guess ill just sit back and wait to be proven rightComment

I never really liked Taylor. He's not very exciting to watch when he is in against class competition. I was happy he got koed to be honest. After the last 4 fights I knew he would never lose on the cards. I had Pavlik up by a point at the time of the KO, and about died from laughter when I heard them tell Larry that Taylor was ahead by so much on all of the cards. Pavlik for all of his faults is alot of fun to watch. Who doesnt enjoy watching a guy fight that throws bombs and is wide open to be hit?Comment

i think most white folks felt the complete opposite. they felt like they could go out and beat any negro they saw on the streets. just added more points to their pride and snide. when a black fighter getsby a white fighter it's always happy time for whitey. no sympathy for the monkey mr superior just whipped.

taylor cant hold pavliks jock, it woulda have been a sad day for boxing if taylor put pavlik away in the second round and subjected us all to 4-5 more boring HBO telecasts.
the only reason i felt for jermaine is cause his career is over as a top level fighter after that brutal KO, u can fool yourself and say he can come back but he will never reach the level he was at ever again.Comment
