I was let down i put all my reasoning and heart into a victory for Jermaine and he looked like he was going to fulfill the pick but, ultimatly let a guy who said experience was going to be the difference from the amateurs to yesterday and he was right. JT really let me down and being a guy who tends to favor the 0 in record it will be hard to root for him any more!


And even though you may think im racist for this thread im not i date white girls i just dont like white guys who talk **** and white old people...

First of all, Kelly never talked ****. He was always quiet and personable.

Secondly, you are racist. As a black man, you shouldn't be rooting for a fighter just because he's black and he's fighting a white person. All you're doing is perpetuating the racism problem in this country. I get tired of black folks who say that there's too much racism and then they're the first ones to do racist ****.

I'm Hispanic/Latino/Puerto Rican. I don't root for a fighter just because he's got my skin color or he's from my home town/country. Some very good examples of this would be John Ruiz, Alex Sanchez, or Luis Collazo. They're all Puerto Ricans but I don't think I've ever rooted for them in my life. Trinidad and Cotto are a different story as I'd root for them regardless of where I was born, lol.

Anywho, my point is that many people are still racist at heart and then they get pissed when someone else is racist, too. The only way to stop it is to stop being it.

I see nothing wrong with rooting for your race and it does`nt make you a racist if you do so.

Most boxing fans root for their race.
