Pavlik Vs Mundine?

Mundine's got the skills to beat Pavlik.
People holding the Ottke loss against him is bloody ridiculous
- it was about his 10th pro fight, with no amateur career, against a very experienced champion, & he was actually winning at the time of the stoppage.
He's improved a hell of a lot since then, & has in my opinion the best defence in Super-Middle, & probably Middleweight as well. Absolutely incredible reactions. Also has the fastest hands.
However, would actually slightly favour Pavlik.
Because when it comes down to it, against top international opponents, when the going gets tough, Mundine gets reluctant.
Think his handspeed & his defence gets him to a close decision, & Pavlik will have a lot of trouble landing anything clean.
But with his kind of brute power, he doesn't have to land clean.
Even landing on the shoulders & arms, with the occaisional hard body shot getting through will wear Mundine down & get him on his bike.
Don't see Pavlik knocking him out - Mundine's reactions are just too good - but see him taking a solid UD on work-rate.Comment

His eye has got better and he is looking to fight Mikkel Kessler in february next year. He is an underdog but many people are giving him a chance at possibly causing Kesslers first loss. This is if Kessler wins like Mundine has predicted.
Sure his contact lense thing was dumb. But i have stated before he has lightning hand speed and a seriously powerful right. His defence has improved enormously and i don't think Kelly will even see Mundine's punches coming. Also Mundine is a tactically smart fighter, he knows how to follow a fight plan. I seriously would advise Mundine on offering Kelly a lot of money, this is a fight i think he can win, and not just but win convincing in that.

In his last fight, Mundine appeared to have so much trouble when his Argentinian opponent, Zamora Nievas, started going in behind jabs. Though Mundine won most rounds, and temporarily deposited Nievas on the canvass in round 3, Nievas managed to rain some blows on him in the fifth when he came in leading with jabs.
Pavlik's jab, recently displayed against Taylor, is not something to take lightly. Surely better and more frequently used than Nievas'.
mundine either by wide UD or pavlik by KO.
im taking mundine by UD.
mundine describes his vision in one eye as cloudy.. hardly stevie wonderComment
