Taylor controlled the fight in the middle of the ring but something told him to go toe to toe and stand in the corners and wait for Pavlik. He did this many times.

I had Taylor by a couple of rounds before the stoppage. I dont think it would have been a robbery if it had gone the distance and kept at a simular sort of pace. Glad Kelly got the KO though, and we now have an exciting champion.

Even if Pavlik was up a round or two, that doesn't constitute a robbery. The fight was close and Taylor had the flashier quicker shots, and he made Pavlik miss more than Pavlik SEEMED to make him miss. I was a harder fight to call than most would like to admit. You could make an argument either way. I had Taylor up a point.

As for the fight, I'm surprised that so many have it for Pavlik as I saw Taylor outboxing him for stretches and he obviously won the second round big. If you gave him the first two (I did, he started fast) then he was already three points up going into the third.
