I have no doubt that there will be a rematch, but I see the second fight going pretty much the same way. Although I do not think Kelly would be on the canvas the second time around. But Jermain does deserve a rematch because I think he was winning on points at the time ok his KO.

we know now that pav's chin is mediocre . taylor lost because he wasnt on target and too anxious to get a KO after pav went down the first time, missing shots that could have put pav out for a whole ****in minute. all taylor needs to do in a rematch is to place his shots better and press pav with more jabs and accurate power shots. his best shots hit the air while pav kept tagging taylor because he left himself open so much with innaccurate and badly timed shots.

I don't know how the **** people are voting No, it's not like this fight wasn't close. This fight was close and entertaining. These guys were made for each other to give great battles. Hell, lets have them keep fighting. Lets have a trilogy.

I just want to see Jermain in the ring again. Seeing him crumpled in the corner really made me sad. Even though I think Pavlikis a great champ too.

I really think Taylor should stay away from Pavlik for a while.
Pavlik put a serious physical/mental beatdown on Taylor. Pavlik got almost knocked out in the 2nd round and then got up, survived the 2nd round, assaulted Taylor in the 3rd and knocked him out in the 7th. You must understand the kind of psychological effect that has on a boxer.
I think Taylor should go for Kessler or Calzaghe.

Of course there needs to be a rematch. Taylor lost that fight himself. He was way superior to Pavlik as anybody with a brain predicted he would be. Credit that loss to Taylor taking his foot off the gas and Manny Steward for a terrible gameplan. Why try outboxing the guy when you can clearly knock him out?

I'm pretty sure the guys voting No are the ones who picked Pavlik and realize he escaped what should have been an easy knockout win for Taylor.
