Smoger is a good ref for championship fights, because he doesn't stop the fight until all questions are answered.

For a non-championship fight, Smoger lets fighters take more punishment than needed.

you can catch mills playing poker up in reno, i know a few guys that have sat and played on his table, not that long ago either.........mills was the man and still is but as far as active refs, smoger takes the cake, there are some good ones out there but smoger lets fighters fight and lets the fans get what they paid for..........
