HE stops fights when he SHOULD and thats a FACT.

HBO overracts everytime. He lets big fights be COMPLETELY decided before he steps in, if a fighter has an inkly of hope he lets them keep going. Its why he's CONSTANTLY reffing FOTY type fights. h lets them fight

NO way, you never see him go that far. He's just not one of these idiots who stop everything immediatly just because a guy is wobbly. Some guys dominate the whole fight and they get shook one time and the ref stops it even though the fighter is ok just a second later. or they stop the fight when somone goes down and then gets up and starts taking a few punches even though he's clearly blocking most of them and is just waiting for a second to gather his senses

i was thinking the same thing when i saw that smoger was the ref, i actually let out a little "hell yeah!" when i read that he was the official........

now we can see an actual fight unfold, i have to say smoger is a fight fans referee, i say he's top dog in the biz right now............great news
