Yeah, that was obviously a misprint or something... because if Roach is planning on beating Barrera with left hooks, I think they have vastly overestimated how shot Barrera is.

I sure hope it's a misprint. Otherwise it tells volumes of how well the reporter (Fred Sternburg is the name on the by-line) knows his boxing. Embarrassing.

I don't believe Roach is underestimating Marco. Unless of course it's a Roach ploy to mislead Barrera. But that ploy won't work and I think Freddie has been around boxing enough and has had too many successes to consider any such ploy.

Hah! Roach got all you guys guessing and wondering which is exactly what he wanted.

No doubt Barrera is a smart and dangerous veteran and we cannot count out his chances of winning against Pacquiao. However, for all his power and speed, Manny is still evolving and improving as a fighter. Be prepared for a surprise, folks, come fight night.
