    Mundine is blind. End of.

As for Calzaghe, he'd only stay at SMW for Taylor. He'd go up otherwise for the Hopkins fight (which would happen as Hopkins knows it's his one last payday ou there) before going for the gold against Dawson - who for me is the toughest fight out there for him.

Kessler - will probably be the man at SMW even after losing to Calzaghe, so long as it isn't a career ending beating like Lacy got .... which I don't think it will be but you can never be sure. Froch has dissapointed me in his faiulre to fight anyone worth a damn and there's **** all else in the division.

We all know 70-30 is big, and since half of Australia watch Mundines PPV's thats pretty massive. Also i was in discussions with a promotional member from team Mundine, and he said he even offered to fight in Denmark. Kessler didn't even reply. And the offer was big, he wouldn't specify on the exact amount".

I wrote about this in my blog however. But this is smart by kessler. I think he should duck Mundine. After watching their first fight and since then how Mundine has improved to a complete fighter, i think its smart management by the kessler team.

Also good news is Mundine will dangle the carrot to fight the winner of Kessler-Calzaghe. He won't get Calzaghe. He will get Kess. Its mandatory.
      5 mill $ > 70% of ppv in australia
      Calzaghe > Mundine
      WBO + Ring title > WBA#2 belt
      HBO Broadcast > Dingo tv.

      No ducking involved..

Green, Soliman? It's not like they were elite. Hard to tell if he improved that much. He should hope for a fight against Lacy, Froch or someone like that. They all have something to prove.
Kessler looked like he improved a bit to, since he got rid of that injury, don't you think? He actually stopped one former and one current champ, winning every round until, and won 12 rounds against an unbeaten fighter

We have already been through this. Is Kessler had such bad back problems, then why was his workrate better than the Andrade fight, why did he throw more punches against Mundine? We have been through this and the back injury is no excuse. It was a close fight. Kessler won by 3 rounds maximum, if you score it by more its just ludicrous. We have already been through this.

I agree with you bar a few points. Froch would be a good win for Mundine, im not convinced Froch is in the same league as choc though. Kessler hasn't improved as much as Mundine, Mundine has improved heaps over the past 18 months. Well if Kessler wins, his mandatory is Mundine anyway so its going to happen whether you like it or not.

And so is Taylor if he moves up. + He is a champ, acknowledged and got the right tv deals.
HBO had a four fight contract ready for Kessler to sign (I doubt Mundine was one of those four), and I bet he will get a new one after he beats Calzaghe, just with some improved figures.
No way is HBO taking an interest in SMW just for fun.

The only fight I can imagine HBO would want to buy, against one of the guys rated @ 168 now, would have to be an unification with Bute (who is my 95% favorite to take the IBF in okt.). The WBA belt mandatory isn't important compared to all that, and I doubt WBA will strip him.

Like I said; Mundine needs to push someone out of the top 10 and make himself noticed.

Even a 3 round win in Mundine’s own backyard is damn solid.

Edit: Mundine's current vision can't be called an improvement.
