Just playing Devils Advocate, but Tito can take a beating. Bernard kept beating him and he was never out cold & Winky didn't do **** to him. Beat him yes but no knock outs or devistarting shots. You guys are still living in Jones Jr prime, please look at his last 6-7 fights, Jones isn't what he once was.

I see everyone picking Roy like Tito ain't got no chance here, I beg to differ.. see Trinidad only has 2 losses on his record to two fighters that have excellent defense and a smart, winning offense and while that offense may not be on some one punch knockout **** they certainly win the rounds. Roy Jones Jr got hit WAYYYYYYYY too many times against Hanshaw, not on some killer punches type of **** but enough punches landed to put Hanshaw in the mix accept Roy with experience and finesse was able to maneuverhis way into the win.. ask yourself this though what if that was Trinidad who was punching him? landing those body shots on the ropes, punching him in the face hard, what do you really think will happen if Roy gets caught on those ropes?

out of 42 wins and 44 fights Trinidad has 35 KO's which is amazing in terms of punching power, Roy Jones #1 advantage is slipping away from him and thats his speed and it goes down fight after fight, in January Trinidad will be so eager to return he wont encounter the same problem he had against Winky, he's gonna let his hands go. Roy is going to give him perfect oppourtunities on the ropes to demolish that body, that left hook is key for Trinidad and you better believe he will use it, it's just funny to me how some of you said "Roy is done if he losses to Tito" like if Trinidad is some washed up has been who never was, the ****ing guy is only 34 years old man lighten up, Tito still has plenty left so no way does it signify that Roy doesn't have anything left if he losses to him..

I pick Trinidad by either and decision or a KO, I would say TKO but I seen Roy go down for 10 before off of a hard shot and if anything that's Trinidad's biggest advantage in this fight, people ask "why go straight at Roy?" well it's simple, come January Trinidad will throw EVERYTHING he has in the tank at Roy, there's no need for tune ups because this fight with Roy is one he craves for, been craving it for years so he will **** away, he's gonna head hunt and attack and trust me dogz he's gonna land and put a hurt in, he's gonna stand up in this fight and take initiative and thats something that a fading Roy Jones doesn't need, it's the perfect mix for Tito, Roy gets hit too much now and Trinidad hits brutally hard.. something tells me that once that left hook lands it's gonna hurt Roy in a way that not even Glen Johnson could because he wont hit his head on the floor he's gonna hit his head against Trinidad's hand.. 100

Thanks Crillz, I'm glad someone else is siding with Tito on this one. I think to many people only judge him on his two loses. They have never watched his great fights. A couple things that I've always loved abut tito is his accuracy & it will def help him verse RJJ. Also just like you said 35 KO's, Tito knows how to finish fighters off.

But, my question to you all is this: do you think that Felix will retire again if he's defeated whether it be a stoppage or by decision? I mean, he was stopped by Bernard and retired after stopping an average/below average Hacine Cherifi. Also, he's fought two times in the last 4 years. To me, it seems foolish that he would jump into this fight with Roy without any tune up fight at this weight. I think that he at least should have fought a few fights against opponents of lesser caliber at that weight. He could have maybe fought Glen Johnson, done another fight against William Joppy or something. What do you guys think about this?

Also, I don't think that Roy should have taken this fight. I think there are too many bigger name fighters that he could get as opponents and I don't think that at this point this fight will do much for his legacy if he should defeat Felix like I think he will.
who cares why are you guys interested in a pair of washed up has beens fighting. ok in there prime both fighters were great but now its just about taking your money there both passed it.

I'm not dis*****g that Tito can hurt Roy, they guy can punch no doubt. Although, I do think that right now it is questionable on whether or not that same knockout power will follow him to the lightheavy weight division. Tito's last few fights are brought up because that's the only Tito that we've seen lately. The Tito that didn't seem to know what to do when he couldn't hit Winky. The Tito that took waaaaay more punishment than he should have against Mayorga. I might be the only one who thinks this, but, I thought that in his fight against Wright, he looked very slow.

Tito's lack of defense (if he has not improved on it) will seriously hurt him against Roy. Roy does also have some pop with 38 knockouts. Roy's gonna land and he's gonna land alot. I know that this isn't the same caliber Roy as in the past, but this also isn't the same caliber Tito, either.

Frankjack that makes sense, but yur not mentioning anything about how Roy has looked in his pst 6 or 7 fights?? Thats what I'm taking into consideration also. He's scarred & ***ile after getting knocked the f out by GJ & Tarver. Tarver Sucks too. haha At least Winky and BHOP are great fighters

Oh and Shingle, I don't care how old they are, two of the most exciting future boxing HOFamers are going to fight for one of them to re-surrect there career. For Once they aren't fighting to defend but fighting to get a title again.
