Pavlik looks impressive knocking out guys who door to door sell Maybeline and those who have more than 1 physical labor job.

He's never faced a gym rat like him and certainly one not as threatening as the undefeated, undisputed, middleweight champion of the world.

I have no idea how anybody has Taylor by late KO. Like Ron Borges. He fades in fights, he'll fade especially against Pavlik if iit goes that deep. And he doesn't even have great power in round 1.

I disagree that Taylor is more technically sound than Pavlik. I think Pavlik does a lot of things well, but his lack of speed throws people off.

I'm leaning towards a late Pavlik KO now that Steward and Taylor seem to be overlooking him.

Aye. His handspeed just isn't there. He crushed Miranda. Miranda look ****ty and (as I've been stating for a year) is/was ridiculously overrated.

And McKay, JT might fade in a fight; but what have you seen from Pavlik to think he wont? He's had (I checked boxrec to be safe) 1 fights go into the 9th round and 4 in the 8th. I've more questions for Pavlik when the fight gets late than JT.

Yo just go watch The Great White Hype, with Sam Jackson and Damon Wayne's that basically sums up the outcome of this fight... Like Jeff Lacy and Edison Miranda, Pavlik will fall out of the lime light for a while and may come back for vengence.. but he ultimatly loses this fight!

Just curious but would all of you guys still call him overrated and overhyped if he beats JT?

Considering JT is overhyped and overrated... that's an interesting question. It depends on the manner in which he would win.

                  Nobody as threatening as Taylor?!?!

Edison Miranda was TWICE as intimidating as Taylor.

Its funny how People were saying Miranda would have a chance at Taylor when the meet, and as soon as pavlik beats him suddenly Miranda was never good to begin with

I can't speak for RWK, but I've been saying Miranda was a bum since his loss to Abraham that seemed to make everybody love him. The boxing world, as with every aspect of life, is full of sheep. People are easily wow'd and are quick to forget.
