rahman actually fought.

rahman wanted to first defend the title he won from lewis (the true hw champ of the world) against top contender mike tyson (whom quitali wanted to fight after lewis practically beat the life out of his 36 year old body). when that fell through, he fought lewis and got starched.

then when rahman was awarded the wbc title in 2006, his first title defense was against top contender james toney. then he faced mandatory oleg maskaev.

when did quitali ever make a mandatory defense? he made an optional defense against the great danny williams, then cancelled the rahman fight 5 times.

Maskaev is worst by far, and maybe ever! The only guy he fought as a Belt holder was Peter Othello , and he might be the worst title challanger since the Bum of the month club. So he's the worst , at least Vitali wants to fight , but his body keeps giving out .
