Right you are. Plus Vitali at least defended his belt against a guy somebody could maybe find a way to argue was a legitimate contender while Maskaev fought a guy I still don't know.

rahman sucks, and his reign sucks, but he did something that quitali could never do.

oh, and he beat a better sanders than quitali did.

quitali's best wins consist of rahman and ruiz leftovers.
