I thought they were pretty respectful about it. I have to say, I really like the way SRL handled it. You could really tell he felt for the kid, in relating to him that story.Comment

Wayne Johnson is from North Jersey and I had the pleasure of Ring Announcing several of his bouts.
Also, I met and introduced Howard Davis Jr., the boxer that Sugar Ray was talking about, many times. Several years ago he wanted me to get all his Olympic Teammates at a big affair and honor all of them.
