Yeah shane is quick no doubt about it!!! I think Zab is quicker though!!!

Zab might have a slight edge in foot speed I'm not sure.........but there's no way his hands are as fast. Yes he has a fast left hand and can throw fast power type uppercuts etc..........I don't see how he's as fast.

Mosley's quick combinations, timing on his punches and head movement are superb.

Mosley is the faster guy but to me it looks like he never turns his punches over or fully completes the punch but he's a world champion so whatever works,works.

Shane is fast no doubt but he's far away from what he used to be at 135.
Also, the mittman was pretty good. If anybody here has been in the ring with a good mittman, then they know what I am talking about. Shane is throwing arm punches and the mittman is pretty build and knows how to hit the punches with the mitts.

Even if Shane is as fast as Judah, it's not the speed that will get him the victory over Cotto, ask Judah! It's the jab and combination punching, which he lacks both.

I remember in the Tszuy fight, the barrage of punches that Judah threw in that first round. Kostya didn't see any of them. That was like really, really fast.
