I cant see the vid, site is blocked out from work, but I assume here we are talking about hand speed

Mosley is very fast with his hands, PBF is too, but not as fast.
DLH was blocking a lot of PBF shots in thier fight but one thin PBF has is that he is hard to hit, moves very slick

It depends. I think Mosley looks faster because we never get to see Judah flurry anymore but I would still favor Judah by a little.
