yo i was there too! it was def ON! from SCARFACE singing MY BLOCK as RJJ walked into the ring u saw the CONFIDENCE in RJJ that he was for sure without a doubt going to win tonight. then ASHANTI sang the national anthem lol. mad celebs everywhere! it was one insane night yo!
i remember cuba gooding jr ran into the ring and started to imitate ALI right after RJJ won lol.

it was truly inspiring to see all that with my own eyes from the thomas and mack center! i was a changed man after wards

I have a pic of RJ and I taken at his gym on July 29, 2003...that was just about 12 weeks before the first fight vs. Tarver... and he was BIG on that day....really thick, thick enough that I mentioned it to him. So, yea, I would say it DEFINITELY was an issue.
