After he's landed head shots (ie his angled lead left and/or chopping right, while on the balls of his feet) and a non-power right hook to the body or got him on the ropes

Hatton has the strength to keep Mayweather off balance? I dont think so. Mayweather is going to keep him off with his elbows to the face.

DLH is faster than Hatton. Hatton's jab is nowhere near as quick as Dlh's..

To beat Floyd, you gotta set him up... and then rough him up. Hatton won't get the setting up part into action.

No, no he's not. Hatton has more activity then DLH and faster feet. He is the better styles matchup for Mayweather.

Fair play mate, but that's not going to be easy

              He's clearly under-estimating Hatton.

Hatton has knows all the angles and has great lateral movement on the inside, but, then again, Mayweather will see this if he studies more Hatton fights...

But no, Hatton is an immovable object. Mayweather's hands are ****ed to boot. Mayweather moves backwards faster than anybody BUT Hatton moves forwards faster than anybody. Mayweather has terrific balance, But Hatton has fantastic balance as well and the strength to get Mayweather off-balance.

I'm leaning towards the Hitman son
Watch for hatto to skip lateraly and launch the left hook to the body all night long. Also, hatton will make floyd move all night, no rest, no time to think. Mayweather isn't prepared for whats comming and yes, he will get pummeled once the bodywork begins to take it's toll.

Floyd will look to measure. but hatton will stay too close for that.

              Hatton tko10!

I have been to watch hatton since he started out and this is the biggest fight he will ever have but i really think that floyd will win. That son of a ***** is so good.(excuse the language) Im a big big hatton fan dont get me wrong and like all us brits i would like to see hatton win by KO lol. I think it will go 12 rounds with floyd winning on points. Im sure alot of you would agree though that floyd is putting on a show in his press conferences and knows this will probs be his hardest fight he has ever had or will have but obviously wont say that or show it. Hatton will come forward every round and pound away at him but we all know how good floyd is at blocking shots to the body then counter punching.

It will be close but i think floyd on points. COME ON RICKY DO IT FOR THE BRITS.

Everyone who keeps saying he is gonna walk through hatton dont know boxing and just come on here to talk crap give your honest opinion.

I disagree.. Hatton's lateral movements are limited by his lethargic lunges. He gives you these weird angles and then lunges in with his lead punch, using his foot work to get in on the inside and go to the body and apply pressure. Mayweather easily neutralizes that with his shoulder roll and elbow. Those lunges will leave Hatton open for counters every time, while Floyd simply twists his waste out of range for a body attack, uses his left glove to block head shots, and dishes out right hand after right hand, moving to the side and tagging him with whatever other punches he choses. I still haven't been able to picture in my mind how Hatton would be able to win this fight..
