Irrelevant. A viable offer was on the table for Hatton and Hatton ducked. I believe he said he wasn't ready.

Anyone who accuses Hatton of ducking should first ask themselves whether the fighter he ducked would fight Hatton in the UK.

It wasn't a question of where. It was an offer to fight with venue yet to be decided. Hatton opted not to fight at all.
