Someone would have found the evidence by now....and no one has made a conclusive proof that it's fake. With as much money Oscar is paying his attorneys, they would have had this done by an expert by now. Yet....NOTHING.

Remember, it's Oscar who's obligated to prove they're fake. Not the other party.

ET has just received a new statement from BERTRAM FIELDS, attorney for OSCAR DE LA HOYA regarding photos that appear to depict the boxer in a brown wig, fishnet bodysuit and high heels:

"Oscar does know the woman who we believe is selling these photographs to the tabloid media. But he assures me that the photos are phony. He has asked me to pursue his legal remedies. Because we are contemplating legal action, Oscar will make no further comment at this time."

Attorneys for OSCAR DE LA HOYA told ET yesterday that several photos online appearing to depict the boxer in a brown wig, fishnet bodysuit and high heels have been altered using photoshop.

X17online -- the photo agency that first distributed the photos -- only claims that the person depicted in the photographs "appears to be" the boxing champ.



and if she does have more pics.. they could be photoshoped too!
