What I did was dismiss the notion that hatton was "overly excited" simply because he was in his hometown.

Two things....

1) Why is it ALWAYS raining in England??

2) On a serious boxing note, why is DBE Hatton revealing his fight plan as planning to come out fairly conservatively the first six rounds, and reserving some gas for the final six rounds?

Is DBE Hatton thinking that he can take a decision? I would have thought that his approach would be to hurt Floyd early and often and to stop this thing inside of 8 or 9.
