    Don't take me seriously when I'm in the middle of a flame session. The only thing I'm seriously suggesting is that there is an air of nationalistic bias on this forum (both ways) and that I feel Hatton was a bit nervous. Anything I stated that felt like a reach was an exaggeration for rhetorical purposes and dramatic effect.

      Get the **** out of here with that Hatton was scared bull****. Hatton went up against the concussive right hand of Kostya Tszyu and he's going to be scared of some dancing flake?? Mayweather isn't even intelligent enough to talk some good, menacing trash, but rather says some things that a common street mugger would say to his victim like;

      "You're a p&ssy and p*ssies get fu**ed".

      He uses statements like "I'm the creme de la creme", but if you were to ask him what language that saying is from he'd probably say it was Chinese.

      So get out of here with that scared bull****, only morons really believe that any man who throws punches for a living would legitimately be scared of any other prizefighter.

DLH at least tried to push Floyd out of his face...
        Do me a favour with the amateur psychology. It could just as easily be argued that Hatton had his hands in his pocket because he was completely comfortable and at ease with his surroundings and in no way feared any attack from Mayweather whatsoever. Hardly the sign of someone neither afraid, nor slightly nervous.

          sonofsis don't be silly; Floyd's act is transparent as ****.

          And though he's a legendary boxer, he's not scary. He doesn't hit hard and he doesn't have the style to translate into a street brawl.

          Hatton would kill Floyd IN A REGULAR fight, and hell I'd fancy my chances against the little man in a brawl (of course not a boxing match)

          He just can't be intimidating like Tyson, he can only be a little circus act which is fine for a press conference

            Would you like to explain to the class what that had to do with psychology, and why it wasn't merely an instance of me reading body language?

                You obviously haven't ever heard Chinese or a 'common street thug speak'. There's lots of prizefighters that turn into bitches given the right opponent.

                As for the rest of your post... I am guessing you are from the UK or nearby.

                  Notice the sarcastic smile.. Though I still stand by what I said about Hatton being nervous. In all seriousness, why wouldn't he be? It doesn't make him a coward, he came face to face with the biggest fight of his entire life, his toughest challenge. Floyd obviously isn't as shaken since he's seen the big stage. Plus Ricky was in L.A., so he'd probably feel much better once they touch down in his home...

                    Do you know what subject body language is a strand of?
