Was it really true that you could see Mayweather's adult nappy poking out over the top of his trousers in the press conference? Apparently it was only obvious in the American coverage. I've watched the UK coverage and it's not clear, but interesting to see that he is already preparing for life after the fight.
Since we're getting into the head-shrinking here's my take on this....To me Floyd seems like a guy who tries too hard to act like somebody he's not. That whole wanksta persona does not suit his demeanor or body gestures. He is no 50 cent, he never dealt drugs on the streets and was never shot or feared for his life. Judah acts this way, but it suits him well because of his pure ignorance and lack of brain faculties. I think Floyd deep down is a really nice guy who has been brainwashed by those around him and a ****** sub-culture to act a certain way and all he needs to do is clean up his public image and stop acting like a clown.
Of course I don't know the intimate details of Floyd's Life..
He is however a public figure.. and some of his laundry is hanging for all to see..
It does not take a Phycho Analyst to ascertain that his home life was rocky an lacking affection and that Both his Father and Uncle are both Foul mouthed ego manics and that poor Floyd had those 2 men as his influential role models..
We know that from him telling us..
I know there is a side to Floyd we the public never see..
and I am sure he many endearing qualities
Yes, like him never disrespecting his or his opponent's fans, or the media, no matter how disrespectful they are. But of course, this is clearly shown, but overlooked by Floyd bashers who make up false ad hominems to build up and attack instead of focusing on his work.
But he is only a Human being and Humans are egotistical by nature..
Especially pro athletes..
and Floyd's actions are atypical of a needy person who has obtained celebrity status..
Not to me.. This is why arm chair psycho-analysis is pretty much insufficient in examining a case through a television set. He merely seems to me like a confident kid who likes having fun and thrives on showing people up who hate him. Completely healthy.
Human nature is well recorded subject..
This is the problem. You have no idea about his "nature" since you have no intimate details about him. You may be able to comment on his "character" towards other fighters that he is about to beat up, but not towards other people in general and his "nature" has nothing to do with what you may think you know about him since you don't know him from a can of paint.
and we are really not very different from each other... we are all susceptable to the same things.. and those things we are susceptable to.. are limited to the scope of human existence
Sure, but everyone isn't the same and it isn't right to box Floyd into your category simply because people "are susceptible to the same things", since resistance varies.

This, I'd sort of agree with, except the part about a "sub-Culture" being "******", which is exceedingly ignorant, but that's aside from the point. Also, Floyd acts nothing like Judah, nor does he try to which is why he didn't participate in that riot after he got hit with that monstrous low-blow in the fight they had. The guy does have class, but you're right about the "money Mayweather" persona. It probably does have more to do with hanging out with 50 cent than growing up under Floyd sr. and Roger, but as long as he isn't hurting anyone and is still respectful to the fans, I don't see why the **** it should even matter to anyone who doesn't have insecurities of their own..
u guys are being hard on PBF he didnt even talk that much shiiit during this conference to be exact.
hatton said some pretty disrespectful things towards mayweather and even hired some broke UK comedian to dance with him on the video to mock mayweather. yet mayweather gets all the HATE for trying to hype the fight the only way he knows how?
in the face to face stare down PBF was talking *****t into ricky's ear and ricky didnt even utter one single word back? what is up with that? ricky froze like a dear in the headlights????

funny you bring up 50 cent, cuz I coulda sworn 50 who has rapped about smoking and dealing weed admitted in an interview that he's never smoked in his entire life.
who cares what Floyd acts like in front of the camera .. he's doing it to provolce hate, interest in his fights .. and making people want to buy his fights to see him lose.
who cares what he does outside of the ring .. he's a professional athlete, not a politician.
what is this wanksta persona you are referring too? I've never heard Floyd say in an interview that he'd been shot or had to sell drugs.
Judah is much more of a "hood" then Floyd .. "im gonna have to do you BK style"
