You know punching and holding is against the rules, right? It's not really referee tampering if they are legitimately breaking the rules.

Understood. I knew that was coming... Nevertheless, Hatton can only fight his way. In Britain, he's been able to get away with alot. Some of it is questionable, but clinching is not. It's fine line here. If the ref quickly breaks up a clinch and won't let them in-fight, then you know the fix is in. If the ref penalizes for HOLDING and punching, then the rules are just being enforced.

Well, actually it was, had the other thread been otherwise removed. The newest news should be the topic of the day. Until the fight, we're going to be viewing the head games with interest and this press conference was the beginning. I'm sure you understand. Hey, I promise, if Floyd shows some adept gamesmanship I WILL positively report it. Like I said before, I don't dislike Floyd at all. I am watching his career with great interest. I just don't think he has lived up to the hype thus far.
