Who won Hopkins-Taylor 1 on your card?

How did you see the first Taylor-Hopkins fight?

Taylor won rounds: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8.....
hops won rounds 5,9,10,11,12....

rounds 8 & 5 are close i think.....

The 1st 6 rounds were pretty close.. neither fighter stood out.. Both were inactive taylor threw a lot of jabs.. Now if you like the agressor.. you give those rounds to Taylor.. If you like the fact Hopkins had a much better landing % and only a few punches landed behind Taylor you give them to Hopkins.. The next 2 rounds See an increase not only in Hopkins accuracy.. but also an increase in his output.. But rounds 7 and 8 are still somewhat close.. rounds 9-12 are ALL B-Hop.. as the Champ.. he should have been given the benifeit of the doubt in some of those close rounds..

I scored it 8-4 for Hopkins .. It REALLY was a pretty bad descision..

like i do for winky when he gets bad decisions all the time lol

I gave it to Hopkins by about 115-113. Although I know his percentage of landing was better, some rounds he just didn't look very active, and the fact that Taylor threw many more punches had me give them to him, but some rounds were just inexcusable to give them to Taylor.

As the veteran champion, Hopkins deserved the win.

I've never actually scored the first fight round for round. I had the second fight a draw. Obviously both fights were very close matches with Taylor scoring early and Hopkins charging back late. I dont have a problem with the first bout going to Taylor and I wouldn't have had a problem with BHop retaining.

I can't remember, but I had Hopkins, I THINK by 115-113.. if not.. it was 116-112 for Hopkins. I put the little tablet that I write this all down on, away. Yeah, I keep track, go to hell.

It was a close fight but the fact Hopkins seemed to think he didnt have to start fighting til half the fight was finished was arrogant and kind of disrespectful to the sweet science in the sense you have to beat a guy up to win a fight not just stand in there and be able to land an occasional shot or 2 and thats basically what B_Hop did up until the 8th round!
