Unbeaten Ricky Hatton has been watching tapes of the two fights that gave Floyd Mayweather Jr. the most trouble and feels that consistent pressure is the key to beating the current pound-for-pound champion. [details]

First off... ROY JONES looks like a BEAST in your AVY...

Anyway Hatton will lose once he can't get to floyd. Mayweather will pepper him all day Until hatton looks like a tenderized steak.

Hatton is very quick on his feet, he will be able to get to Floyd. That is unless the referee sends Hatton to a neutral corner everytime he gets within a foot of Mayweather, Floyd is going to have to fight him off while he's coming in, no easy task because Hatton closes the distance as good as anybody in boxing,Mayweather is going to have to have to land very accurate and decent powered punches to deter that successfully.

Watch for Mayweather to be the one to initatiate alot of clinches that lead to breaks. The referee for this fight is going to be important.

Everyone says they are going to do this, and until that happens I have to be skeptical as to if this "constant pressure" will succeed against FMJ.

lol Floyd doesn't clinch, he will do what he does, hit him a few times and get out of there. Hatton will have his chances because Floyd tends to stop throwing punches and letting people wail away on him so they lose stamina, Hatton has to take advantage of that oppurtunity.

I think Floyd will be more agressive in this fight than is usual for him. He's going to want to try to hurt Hatton early and than settle things down into conditions where he controls the fight.

He steps into clinches to get the referee to break. It's very annoying, dirty tactic.

I concur, Hatton will be a game fighter though and will make Floyd work harder than anyone else has, hopefully.
