    The Dirrell Brothers...Anthony vs Andre?

Who is the better fighter? Both brothers but different fighting style...

He is a 6'3 and has an orthodox stance, while his brother has a southpaw.

Here are the records of both brothers:

Andre is obviously more proven, but ive seen Anthony fight and he will be more successful out of the two IMO.

Although Andre has a better amatuer background, I feel Anthony is a much better fighter.

You mean Curtis Stevens, not Jaidon Codrington.

Yeah. I heard of stick and move, but he completely abandoned the stick part in his fight with Curtis Stevens. There were a few times in the fight where he was just skipping in circles around the ring, not making any attempt to throw a punch at Stevens.

I know both of these guys since they were amateurs.... sad news for those who have not heard but Anthony came up with Cancer a few months ago. They are optomistic he wil beat it, though. I had a kid lose to him in the 80 pound finals of the Ohio State Fair back in 1998.

As for Andre, say what you want but as non offensive as he was in the Stevens fight he definitely won it by a mile. He also beat both Jaidon Codrington and "Mean" Joe Green, among many others, in the amateurs. He can fight

His Cancer is cured now, he had cancer thats why he stopped boxing for a while it was when experienced chest pains while training in LA . When an X-ray found a mass in his chest, he returned to Flint, where a biopsy revealed the cancer, either Hodgkin's disease or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, he said it was cured in early september, he fought the biggest fight of his life.

No doubt he can fight and he definately won it easily, but if he wanted to be defensive atleast he would have countered Codrington more than a few times all I saw in that fight is him landing 2 or 3 punch against codrington and then running the rest of the time each round
