Camacho had unbelievable hand speed, are you kidding me?

hell I remember Floyd getting tagged skirting the ropes against ****ing Manfredy...Chavez bombs to the body, and usually could throw short straight rights just to mark up and catch elusive fighters, which I think would work very effectively against Floyd. Chavez I dont expect Floyd to get KOed but he gets outpointed down the stretch.

Ive seen plenty of Mayweathers fights. hell, his are some of the easiest to get out of any active fighter. theres not many I havent seen.
He doesn't have to be fazed all it has to do is be effective. Then you also remember PBF beating the **** out of Manfredy and every fighter gets hit. Its about how much they get hit and PBF doesn't get hit a lot. I never said Camacho didn't have great handspeed all I said was at lightweight you can't say he was that much faster if he was even faster than PBF at lightweight. Thats not saying Camacho didn't have great speed. One of Chavez's best punches was his left hook and it frustrated him that he couldn't land that punch on Whitaker and it frustrated De la Hoya that he couldn't land his left hook on PBF. Basically I am saying even though that clearly wasn't Chavez's only punch it was very important to his game plan. I think it would frustrate him by not being able to land that punch on PBF. Which would mak him change is game plan some.

Castillo landed his hooks all night long on Mayweather in their first fight(considered a robbrery by many)what makes you think Chavez or Duran can't?DLH might of not been able to land as many punches because his style is a little bit distinctive from Chavezs or Castillos.DLH tends to jab first and Chavez and Castillo faint and use their outstanding timing to beat speed.

The 2nd Mayweather-Castillo fight makes your credibility go down a little bit. Please remember that Castillo I was Mayweather's first fight at lightweight, and he continued to look better and better in every fight he had lightweight, remember the N'dou fight? If not, download it from my signature and tell me that he is open for any kind of punch.

I think its easy to agree that DURAN would destroy MAYWEATHER when he was at lightweight.

THe Magazine claimed that Mayweather was in his prime then? not a chance

Mayweather has developed defensively a ton since then. Thats teh main thing.

Castillo got to Mayweather and was connecting a lot of punches in the mid-late rounds.

Duran hits much harder then Castillo, a lot faster, much more relentless and fearless, and i think this would be a quick fight for Duran.

Higher up in weight its a different story. And maybe if Mayweather fought at Leightweight NOW, maybe it would be a different story. But Duran is one of the great Lightweights of all time, Mayweather is just a great lightweight
Roberto Duran at light weight would have blasted Floyd out of the arena. Only a deluded, half drunk, Mayweather sycophant could see it any other way. Some here on the site have actually agreed that Mayweather could have knocked out George Foreman in his prime. I thought they were joking of course. Now I'm not so sure.

                    Oh, please...

Duran and Mayweather don't belong in the same sentence, let alone the same ring...

No chance at all? Not even a glimmer of hope that Mayweather could hang with him? Wow, you would be a great oddsmaker for boxing.

                      At 509348509348509348503948530948530495830495830498 to 1 Mayweather UD12 Duran

                      I'd probably take those odds.
