Saw all those fights. I'm not saying there aren't some good moments, but c'mon. The crowd ooohs and aaaahs everytime Floyd just barely gets touched in the face, or swept back a little bit. Like its some big deal just to lay a glove on him. His fights are tepid, hesitant, and lack offense generally. You can't blame him for not wanting to get hit. But, that's exactly what is so infuriating because Floyd has spent a whole career avoiding really dangerous fighters IMO. Maybe Hatton is his first miscalculation. I didn't think so earlier, but I'm starting to wonder.

It is a big deal to hit him. That's what make his fights have a LEVEL of excitement. You don't know if he CAN or CAN'T take a punch. He's never been caught CLEEEAN. On top of that.. He's just not Pacman. I don't see a reason to dislike his fights because they're in a different style. Boxing is boxing.. Not fighting.

Mayweather acts like an ****** to sell fights!! Why do so many people go by what Mayweather does in the Confrence Weigh-In and Intreview? This isn't the real Mayweather he puts this act to sell fights. Lets say I'm just an average fighter and am looking to fight the best fighters out there!! what type of false personality will I bring??

A. I'll be myself
B. Be a nice guy!! Complent the fighter and tell many to buy this fight because its gonna be a great fight Or
C. Be an ******! Talk Trash!! Piss off your opponent and tell him how much he suxs.

You are right, because he doesn't have the charisma like De La Hoya to draw people in and become followers of him. Watch his N'Dou fight.. or his Chavez fight.. He looked GREAT in killing Gatti. Manfredy wouldn't say he can't finish. Even his Corrales fight. Very entertaining fights. Not his fault they can't hit him. He moves up in fights to fight the big names and loses his punch, and that's his fault? Trust, if he stayed where he belongs, 140 or lower, he'd have a MUCH higher KO percentage.

I personally don't hate or like a guy for what he does outside of the ring(Although people like the Klitchko's who are class acts get my respect as a person). It's all about Boxing for me.

That's why I don't bother buying his fights. What Mayweather does is essentially an intentional misrepresentation with a failure to deliver.
If you like and can associate with his act, then spend your money on him. Me, on the other hand, does not care much.


Oh, and guess what, when Floyd will fight Hatton, I would not bother buying it either, both are uninteresting to me.

Harris always seemed like he had a low IQ in and out of the ring and this definitely proves. I don't get it, if more fighters would take their loses with humbleness and acceptance then they would get much more respect. If Harris simply stated "the better man won" or something like that, then I would not have to put him on my 'never going to watch fight again list'.
