I'm telling you this beyond a shadow of a doubt, Mayweather is gonna be very hard pressed to box out of this fight! Hatton is training to make it a war- there is no other way for him. These people saying Floyd will be stronger are delusional. Hatton will Smother Floyd Immediatly. And he will do it all night long. Floyd will have no choice but to stand and fight in this one.

Now, I know many will say here, That Oscar Couldn't do it, Neither could Castillo, or Corrales, and you know what? Their right, but None of them are Hatton or have Hattons style. Castillo apllies pressure intelligently. Oscar never was comfortable as the aggressor, and Corrales is a typical set fighter(He has to set to throw effectively). Hatton is none of these.

Hattons style, no matter how ugly, is effective. he smothers, wrestles, rabbit punches, and just plain mauls people into submission. He doesn't do that 43 times in a row and suddenly run into somone he can't do it to. He may not be as effective at first, but he wont stop-not for a second, and Floyd better be ready to beat his ass consistantly all night, cause there wont be any pot-shot to the finish line against Hatton!

Don't believe the pundits man-How many time have they been completely and utterly wrong? The so called experts don't have a ***in clue, otherwise their wouldn't be upsets, and boxing is a sport KNOWN for upsets. Why is that? probably because styles make fights and you can guess all day long, but in the end, History has proven that the one guy that beats a slick boxer is the guy that knows how to make a fight ugly-Sound Like Hatton?
Yes, it does sound like Hatton. I'm just worried about the Las Vegas factor. We're not in the U.K. here. What they allow Hatton to get away with over there is unbelievable.

Expect a 9th round stoppage by Mayweather, a swift retirement by Ricky, and a scheduled fight in 2008 with Shane Mosley. Ideally and most probably this will be the outcome.

They ref may spend all night breaking them up, and Hatton might get penalized, but don't think for a minute it will detere Hatton. He is comming to win by any means neccessary, and that is exactley as it should be.

I don't doubt Camp Mayweather will make a tremendous amount of **** over Hattons style-Tactically it sound, but that Won't stop hatton from bum rushing his ass all night long.

Your giving Floyd WAY too much credit here. He is facing a LEGITIMATE, PRIME, BULLDOG of a fighter here.

For me it's simple. Floyd obviously doesn't have the pop to stop hatton(even Tszyu didn't.) He has one option left-Move and counter. Thats it!

you see thats my point. Everyone is saying hattons a one trick pony. What everyone is not looking at is----So is Mayweather! He is gonna zMove and Counter- He has done it against every strobger guy he has faced. There is no mystery to what Mayweather is gonna do,Nothing to figure out-He will do exactley what he always does. Try to control the pace and avoid as many exchanges as he can.

The difference will be that Mayweather will be unable to control the pace with Hatton. Once that Happens, He is in Hattons world!!!

Hatton tko10 Do you think anyone saw Taylor beating Hopkin? I did, and i went through more **** defending Taylor than i have with hatton. I called Tarver over Jones aswell, not because of Hate, but because it was obvious that Jones and Hopkins Had made the worst mistake a fighter can make.

They started to believe their own Hype. Mayweather has done the same.

You can bet your ass Mayweather chose Hatton because of the percieved safety factor, but i feel it was a mistake in perception.

Mayweather may win the fight, but he is gonna have to dig down to do it! And if he does i'll be the first to give him credit, but i have always truted my eyes and ears and they have not failed me yet.

I think Mayweather lacks the intestinal fortitude to hang on when the **** gets rough!!

I hope this is a first for you. I've already got $1000 on Mayweather. I think if the ref keeps the grappling to a modicum it'll be an easy win for Mayweather.

Thanks. I actually ended up getting better than even odds on Mayweather to win by parlaying him with U.S. open matches, where I did ok. (yea...I bet on tennis...laughing)

Yes, I imagine he is the betting Favoriet. I bet that the bookies make out like bandits on this fight!

Thats my bet. One thing history has taught us is that most of the time the majorit is dead wrong. They call it an upset, but the funny thing is, there are just as many upsets as there are foregone conclusions in the history of boxing!
