Will Paul Williams fight again in 2007?

there is zero talk of him in any fight. none at all. for some reason i could see him not fighting the rest of the year and only put in one fight for 2007.

all these tv slots are being filled up and still no PW talk. anybody got anything?

Probably not... good fighters give themselves quite a while of training before fights, and it is quickly coming up to the point where he would have signed a fight by now if he was fighting in 2007, as to allow himself enough time to train.

I don't know if too many people want to fight a tall and lanky man like Williams who throws punches all the time. I don't see him fighting until next year.

that is some **** ****. i hope pual williams doesnt end up like Glen Johnson who is dying to fight anyone with any kind of name.

fighters dont want to fight PW cuZ OF Pun's physical attributes, while fighter dont want to fight johnson cuz johnson is a damn good tough fighter with 11 loses.

I've always wondered... can the WBO champion become the mandatory for the WBA title or another sanctioning body belt? If not, I think I have found the reason why titles never get unified.

They can't I believe, otherwise it would be pretty much unification bouts all the time.

Wow, what a ****ing travesty for boxing that would be! Only one champion in each division, I'm glad that can't ever happen.

**** the IBF. **** the WBA. **** the WBC. **** the WBO.

Yeah, but no one actually recognizes their champions... they are merely laughed at when they are proclaimed that champion of that organization.
