You don't need to earn the right to call out someone. To get the shot is another thing.. But.. neither of the fighters involved is perfect, so I'd watch the fight and be entertained.

fighters call each other out all the time, thats how big, exciting fights happen.

I mean, some people would say that Katsidis is brave to be calling out a knockout machine like Manny, especially after taking so much punishment in his last fight. you say the opposite. who cares! this **** happens in boxing, wake up!

if this fight was actually scheduled then you might have some right to *****, but even if hell froze over and the fight WAS made, it would be an exciting clash of styles with an opportunity for Pacquiao to win a belt at another weight class, which is pretty legitimate and tends to happen a lot.

but it AINT gonna be made and has not even been looked into by any real matchmakers, so get outta here with this.

In hindsight, after doing some research on how he knows the boxing fans of the Phillipines your probably right.

Im a fan of Michael lets get that straight. But i just think its to soon to fight Manny and there are other better options for him out their to beat. What i was getting at with his handspeed is his defence, doesn't allow him to be speedy fast, which he could with a bit of different training. His power is great.

Also what i want from this article. Is for Michael to fight others get another belt, and then in 18 months to 2 years take on Manny. Because given that time he will beat him. But not yet.

I really like Katsidis and i wouldn't like to see him get in the ring with manny. He just wouldn't last. He needs atleast 3 or 4 more fights before he will be ready for that level.

It all doesnt matter now. He has to face a Diaz Next within the next 4 months. But he's not quite ready for Manny yet. Maybe in two years when Manny slows down a little.
