I think Miguel Cotto is delusional if he thinks that he will be more popular than Felix Trinidad.

He may ultimately have a more successful career. Maybe. But he will not be more popular than Tito was at his peak.

I never found tito as entertaining as Cotto. I think Cottos a better fighter and more entertaining. Thats just my personal opinion. Puerto Ricans love Trinidad. I don't really care for him at all.

I'm not Puerto Rican and I was a huge Tito nuthugger. Trinidad just brings so much joy to the ring that he makes you feel it. He walks down the tunnel with a huge smile, stands on the apron and waves and blows kisses. I friggin loved that guy.

Miguel, by comparison, is a robot.

Miguel may be a better fighter (if he can get the wins). But Tito is a FAR more entertaining fighter. It is more entertaining to see one-punch, 1st round knock-downs than to see a methodical breakdown to the body.

I haven't seen Miguel do what Tito was able to do to Joppy and Vargas.

Cotto needs to do this:
