Honestly man, Mayweathers choices are about as transparant as it gets. After Castillo there was Casamayor, and Freitas Instead he fought who? Then he bypassed every single champion to face what he proclaimed a c level fighter? Why not snatch another title from one of the other champs at 140? Because they were actually not c level fighters. Then he bypassed Cotto,Cintron,Mosley,Williams,Spinks(at catch), to go for a known head case in Judah(a fight that Floyd did not dominate). Then instead of fighting anyone of those guys he moves on to a DLH that hasn't won a meaningful fight in how long? Then what? Then he promptly drops the belt, retires and chooses to go back down to Face Hatton(Which i think he will lose) Hatton represents Mayweathers best chance to remain unbeaten. How many would make Floyd the Favorite against Mosley, Margarito, Williams, Or even Cotto for that matter? All those guys are serious threats to KTFO of Mayweather. Mayweather has taken the best chance he has to actually win and make 16 mill in the process.

Nothing wrong with that, but atleast call it like it is!

And the Gatti fight was his career defining fight...that's ****ing sad. Even still, Mayweather couldn't fill seats unless there's another big name fighter on the card.
Why would he use the same material on every fighter he faces. This is the type of **** haters do, they will point out anything they can get their hands on to make a case for something...

Easton Assasin, I love the way you utilize revisionist history. Allow me to fill in the blanks. After knocking out Diego Corrales, he moved up to face the best at 135 in Castillo instead of the third and fourth best fighters at 130 (Castillo and Casamayor). After he beat Castillo twice, he moved up to 140 and tried to secure a fight with Ricky Hatton, but Hatton's promoter refused to put Hatton in the ring with him. So instead he fought the guy that Hatton dodged for two years, Chop Chop Corley. After a couple of easy fights he moved up to fiight Zab Judah and Carlos Baldomiir, the former ring champion and Ring Champion at 147. After again trying to secure fights with Ricky Hatton and Mosley, who both turned him down for the THIRD time EACH, he fought De La Hoya. At the time he fought De La Hoya, Williams was still a "contender", Cintron was on the comeback trail, Spinks was fighting at 154, but De La Hoya was consiidered the Ring Champion and Bob Arum has no intentions of sacrificing Cotto to Mayweater after Cotto's terrible showing against Torres. And to answer your question, Mayweather would be the favorite against anyone he fights from 140 to 154.

Do you now understand why he fought Gatti? For the exposure. It was his first PPV and he used Gatti to leap-frog his career to the next level...Some fool, huh?

            LMAO.

He did what you are SUPPOSED to do with a C level fighter. Embarrassed and outclassed him. Hatton fought a C level fighter in Urango. And dryhumped him for 12 rounds.
This exposure argument is so true... that was his PPV debut, against a well-known name, that he knew he could light up. People (who weren't diehards)thought he was an exciting fighter after he beat Gatti, giving him a whole new audience. It was a pretty damn good career move.

I beg to differ. I guess the only title he fought for at 140 was one of those easy fights as Gatti wasn't mentioned in your post. You see, the problem is you make it sound like everyone is scared of Mayweath? Why, because they might lose a decison to him? lol. Why would anyone dodge a feather fisted Boxer that has no pop? I bet the offers given by Mayweathers camp had alot to do with the refusal to fight. Why don't you dig up those offers? Floyd is notorious for calling out fighters he never intended to get in the ring with. Didn't he call out Wright? WTF, You picking Mayweather over a prime Wright?

Again, my history is accurate. Mayweather hasn't faought a meaningful fight since Castillo. Many will say DLH was, but those people won't acknowledge that DLH was severly past his prime either so believe whatever makes you feel warm inside man!
