it was close and oscar probably needed a fight before to be 100%. did floyld retire to avoid having a huge rematch? did he not go toe to toe because he would reduce his chances of winning?

Saying your going to retire and actually retiring are two different things.
This has to be the dumbest thread I've seen here in weeks. Mayweather wanted a rematch for more money. Oscar turned it down eventually after "thinking about it" for a week or so.
What I've said is pretty much what everybody else already said, and like it or not it's the truth.
