From what I've heard he only played against some friends and press members. This wasn't a ****ing pro match. Chance of Injury : 1%

it was actually meant to show that he is cool with the philippine press as a whole becasue some are getting the impression that he is not since he filed some libel cases against some of them

its been 4 years since marco had carried that vengeance in his heart. finally he's releasing it now.

but if you get beaten again, and this time more badly, its gonna hurt even more. his legacy though secured would be somewhat tainted.

Perhaps it would but I think Marco ha proven enough simply by taking this fight. It shows what kind of fighter he is, at his age he could've easily fought a few lower ranking opponets and gone out with some more wins. But he decided to take on Pacquiao, the most dangerous guy in his division. I think that's pretty admirable.

he saved it for last, coz even he if he lose, he'd be heading for retirement anyway. 4 years man.

but he said he'd one more easy fight before retiring so it wouldnt count much.

its probably because Barrera cant play basketball. yeah, basketball could be a dangerous sport with injuries everywhere but I believe you could develop speed and stamina in that game. its his choice of training.

Take Morales out of the fights and you wont see the same PPVs numbers the three fights made with just Pacquiao and a no-namer.
