How can MOSLEY beat COTTO?

for all those who havent noticed, cotto has a better chin @ 147 then he did @ 140, i think it was from not having to lose some much weight to make the 140 pound limit. so lets examine this fight for a minute.

mosley tries to fight EVERYBODY the same way, no matter if its jesse james leija or winky wright..he's going to throw his little pittie pat jab then throw hard rights, i wouldnt say mosley hits as hard as judah with a single punch, but mosley will throw punches in succession.

can mosley handle the savage body attack cotto brings? how can mosley beat him!?

The most common argument I hear of Mosley's supporters is an argument that is based on many factual levels....

First off, Mosley's experience. Cotto has never faced an opponet as accomplished, talented and experienced as "Sugar" Shane before. Nobody can argue that, period.

Secondly, Cotto's chin. He's been rocked a few times, no matter how much you like him. The proof is in the pudding, and in this case the pudding is the tapes of Cotto being rocked against opponets. Torres and Corley definitely drilled Miguel Cotto, and badly at that. Zab Judah certainly buzzed Cotto with that uppercut at the beginning of their fight. Some have even said Cotto was rocked by Abdullaev, but I haven't seen the tape.

Thirdly is Shane's combination of speed and power. He's not a heavy hitting guy but he's got solid power in both hands, is very quick to throw combinations and knows how to land.

Some even bring Cotto's height into play because Shane has only struggled against taller guys like Wright and Forrest. Whenever a fighter is hi size or smaller, he dominates.

]I think some of the people who are picking Shane to beat Cotto are doing so based on those factors, and rightfully so because they are all based in reality. But at the end of the day I think Cotto's heart, determination and punching power will prove to be oto much for the aging Mosley.

He'll show you how in November. Mosley is faster, quicker, slicker, better footwork, and has more experience. Only thing I give Cotto is that he is a better body puncher and maybe stronger.

I wouldn't be surpised if either guy wins but I'm hoping and want Mosley to win by decision.
