You seriously might want to consider using complete sentences, this looks like a rap sheet.

If Vitali is anything like his old self he may have an easier time than many people think. Peter showed some boxing skill in keeping a small man back in the Toney fight, but nothing I saw would transfer much to fighting a taller/bigger man. Vitali's straight punches will land cleaner in a some what dull performance. What would worry me about this fight for Vitali is he can still fight 12 rounds. Peter may have had stamina problems, but I am more worried about the stamina of a man who has not had more than 1 fight in several years.

I do think however, a Vitali that is in shape and isn't showing signs of ring rust......should be able to land straight punches on the outside and beat Peter up for 12 rounds. A Vitali who has been out of the ring for 3 years coming back to fight a young puncher is a whole new ballgame.

And Maskaev is going to get shallocked bad.
That's the purpose of Vitali fighting DeCline, to shake off the ring rust. If he fights Peter within 4-6 months of his fight with DeCline, he'll have that problem solved.
Peter has never faced anybody as big, powerful, and unorthodox as Vitali. Watch King and Gotzev delaying that fight for as long as they possibly can.

I can't wait for Vitalis return, Id pick him to TKO Peter. Does anyone know if his fight on the 22nd is PPV?

peter will knock maskaev out if hes fat or not. people dont know how terrible maskaev is. he was knocked out in the first round by Oliver Mcall, he was knocked out by a soft punch from Lance ''Goofy'' Whitiker, he was knocked out by David tua, he was knocked out by Corrie Sanders, (and not the corrie sanders who knocked out Wladimer. it was some journeyman.) even if ''old leg'' maskaev tries to out box peter he will get ran over. maskaev is the slowest heavyweight i have ever seen. Hassim Rachman would have beaten maskaev if he didnt have a weak chin. and vitali, i think he will be the best heavyweight out there when he returns. the same people who is saying peter will knockout vitali were probably the same people who said Danny Williams and Corrie Sanders would do it. Peter does not have the skill to beat Vitali. the only way he wins is by knockout and vitali has shown an iron chin so i dont think it will happen. peter would get his socks boxed off but i think it would go the distance.

I don't know what any of that has to do........with the basic fact that Toney is one of the most skilled fighters in boxing. Yes he's blown up, and yes he's pudgy but that doesn't erase the fact he clearly should have been awarded the decision in the first fight. I thought Toney won fair and square.

The counter punches he was landing were right on the money.

Peter adjusted in the second fight and clearly beat Toney.

I'd favor Vitali over Peter. This is assuming he's free of ring rust and 100% healthy. He's too big and awkward, and that'd give Peter problems.

But it's an even fight to me because Vitali has been out for years.

I don’t think vitali will be the same as he was before, i wonder if he will make it the peter fight without getting injured, I think peter will stop him late as an old vitali will tire and quit from peters pressure. the vitali that was in with williams would win but i don’t think he will ever be the same no one is after that longer layoff.

run/wknvies is swetting toney. Toney would have been ko'd by vitali or wlad with ease. Toney was almost knocked down by a journey man in his last fight
