what got you into boxing?

Clifford Etienne was a hometown favorite in Baton Rouge and I loved watching him train and me and my friends would run with him when we saw him jogging down the street. I started following his career and then it just got me into the whole heavyweight division. Clifford was a good guy, he just self-destructed.

My fathers admiration for Chavez got me into boxing.

I got into boxin for lots of reasons the most important ones are because I love the sport I grew up watching Cesar Chavez, De la hoya and Tyson I really got into boxing and took it seriously after high school when I went to a boxing gym. I jumped in the ring to do some sparring with a heavweight guy he beat my but up and down the ring and im only a middle weight and ever since then i thought to myself this is where I belong
