That, I agree with. Floyd is taking Ricky very lightly, and there is NO WAY that he will put in as much trainingtime as he usually does.

'Dancing' is a big distraction. No excuses for PBF. He is a professional and knows the expectation.


If Floyd still beats Ricky despite all this dancing bull****, then you know that Hatton really is a garbage fighter.

Your over-emphazing the level of distraction this dancing show will cause in an attempt to support your opinion that Hatton is 'garbage'. When in fact Mayweather will be totally focused on this fight, it just means the fight won't be his ONLY concern over the next few months. You have heard of multi-tasking, have you not?

I don't know anything about his performance against Urango, I missed that fight. But still, would anyone talk dimes on Cory Spinks for fighting some "****ty" undefeated fighter (like 20-0) who won his IBF Light Middleweight belt if he vacated it when he fought Taylor? I doubt it. He is just getting his title back to resume things how they were, what's the harm in that?

Cory spinks has taken on bigger guys before, like When he a took a prime ricardo mayorga, the one rated number 6 p4p by the ring i think. Then took on the bigger man in taylor and also Karmisan.

Hatton has made alot of silly excuses for not fighting the best fighters at his weight, since kosta, he hasnt fought anyone remotely the best at his weight classes, but he is making a mense for it now.

Oh he'll be fit, there is no doubting that. The question is more whether he'll be fatigued, carrying a few minor injuries or not able to give the height his complete focus.

I really don't know how much **** we can give Hatton for fighting Urango. He was a young undefeated fighter, who was pretty unknown. He could have been the next big thing, or not... we just didn't know.

Also, he thought 147 was too much at the time, probably felt that he needed some tune up bouts, and he was more comfortable at 140.

Finally, Urango had his IBF belt that he vacated when he fought Collazo. He just won it back from him.

We know who urango was only because we saw him get a gift against Ben Rabah, which is why everyone was puzzled as to why hed even fight him in the first place.

PBF knows the dancing wont harm his preperation for Hatton. His boxing training will be his first aim before the dance training.
Its just a case of PBF prioritizing the hours in the day. Maybe spend a little less time partying and clothes shopping as well as a little less chatter and stuff and he will find the time to traiin for both fighting and dancing.

Floyd originally wanted to participate in a pro basketball match before fight night. Shortly after that thought he realized, that he can't play basketball good enough and started this dancing ****.

I believe Floyd will come prepared. He wants to beat Hatton convincingly because of the SD in his last fight and people calling DLH over-the-hill.

Floyd Mayweather and Evander Holyfield are two different people at the end of the day. Just because Holyfield has experienced the stress of dancing, does not mean Floyd will. He's younger, quicker and more agile.

And I'm not sure, Holyfield was out of the ring for quite some time when he took on that show, or am I wrong?

Anyway, I don't think it's fair to say Hatton is Garbage if Floyd beats him, just because he's doing this dancing tv show. It's not as if it's a challenge to eat fast food for 28 days.
