Amaro,
I thought we spoke before about the silly insults.
Don't be one of those childish, cowardly guys behind your monitor.
Anyway, I'm trying to get my points up... would you like to wager all of the points you have the week before the fight? We can agree now, and then we'll see what you have on fight week. Deal?Comment

I fancy hatton to win this fight or at least force a close decision, you all seem to think mayweather is indestructable or something, hes the better boxer in a classical sense yea but this is the real world hattons gonna bully mayweather all over the show and if mayweather does the same as some of you believe hes capable of doing then that just opens him up he can't come forward the way he fights is as simple as.Comment

Jesus Chavez fought in that exact way, and Mayweather was well ahead on the scorecards when the fight was stopped. He came right at him, trying to bully him, and Mayweather danced away and popped him everytime... he outlanded him in a lot of rounds, even though Chavez threw about double the punches in every round.I fancy hatton to win this fight or at least force a close decision, you all seem to think mayweather is indestructable or something, hes the better boxer in a classical sense yea but this is the real world hattons gonna bully mayweather all over the show and if mayweather does the same as some of you believe hes capable of doing then that just opens him up he can't come forward the way he fights is as simple as.
You don't think Mayweather can deal with a bully?

Mayweather is far from indestructible. But at this phase in his career, and with his fight style and capabilities, it requires a certain type of fighter to beat him.I fancy hatton to win this fight or at least force a close decision, you all seem to think mayweather is indestructable or something, hes the better boxer in a classical sense yea but this is the real world hattons gonna bully mayweather all over the show and if mayweather does the same as some of you believe hes capable of doing then that just opens him up he can't come forward the way he fights is as simple as.
Someone taller/longer with quick hands and a good jab. And a solid defense. The way that Winky controlled Tito. Or that Forrest controlled Shane. Boxing smart, but with physical advantages. That is the style that would beat PBF. Not a shorter , slower, and less skilled man. With poor defense. Who swells up easily. Not this little pink man. Not now.
Hatton had an opportunity to take fights (multiple) earlier in PBF's career. Because of Ricky's fear, he turned those down. But he actually had a better chance back then. I would have given Ricky a solid chance in the Corley/Bruseles era. Floyd was willing to slug/brawl. And that is what RH likes.
In the meantime, PBF has grown bigger/stronger, and has been fighting and sparring with MUCH larger men. So Hatton's main advantage went away.
After fighting Delahoya/Kofi jantuah/Daniel edouard/Carlos baldomir, FMJ won't be fazed by Ricky's "strength".Comment

I jut think hatton really does have the style to really impose himself on mayweather, his best bet is obviously a stoppage and get inside his head inside the ring i mean the bloke is an animal sometimes and i hope he can bring it out, chavez is a good fighter but i don't think he brings the same qualities to the table(at that point in time) , but im a hatton fan and your a floyd fan so theres no point arguing, lets just hope for a really good fight, for one of these blokes to get an L its the way it should be.Jesus Chavez fought in that exact way, and Mayweather was well ahead on the scorecards when the fight was stopped. If Floyd fights a similar strategy to how he did vs Baldomir, he's got it in the bag. (maybe fight less off the ropes, to avoid Ricky's body shots)
Hatton can come forward all he wants .. but if it resembles the Chavez fight .. Hatton's face will take a pounding.
granted I think Ricky will still survive and make the distance.
but I really want Floyd to put on an impressive performance, if given the chance to.Comment
