i agree, its a reasonable thread, makes sense to compare these fighters. but when it comes down to it. floyd is better overall and that will be the factor in this fight, he finds a way to win, collazo could of won and he knew how to win, he just didnt do it.

oh its not? Go watch his other fights when he had confidence in his power.

By the way, im an amateur boxer, I know what it feels like to get hit...its really not bad at all besides body shots from the few that know how to throw them...fyi Manny Steward seconds this. The real pain short term is in the cardio-exertion and long term in the lack of brain function.

Exactly. I even stated Collazo's accuracy was the problem for Hatton. I even said he won't go down in one punch. The disparity of power between Floyd and Wlad is enormous. So that wouldn't make any sense. Floyd's, Hatton's, and Collazo's power can be compared. And is quite logical in my opinion.

They are pretty equal in my opinion. I think Floyd has that stinging power that even when you see the punch coming it still stings and may cut the skin. Collazo throws his shots and they more then just sting. I dont know.

I agree when Floyd sits on his punches he can get you donw in flurries.

Here's a good vid of him sitting on his punches. The accuracy and positioning is what I believe can bring Hatton down if Floyd can get off without Hatton smothering him.

TSZYU has more power than Collazo and Hatton - Fact. Think about it.

Hatton has a great chin and if PBF is to KO/TKO him.... power will not be the factor there. It will be Floyd's accuracy and cumulative punishment (that is if Hatton's defence is as shot as Gatti's - not the case)

Pop or no pop.. Floyd WILL NOT STOP HATTON

And the one style Hattons closest to is the one style the video doesn't even show. And thats Castillo, the boxer that troubled Mayweather. Wheres the video of Mayweather backing up Castillo? Oh, wait that was Castillo backing Mayweather up.

Someone should make a poll on Tszyu/Mayweather and set it as a public poll so we see what idiot would pick Mayweather in that poll.

I meant to say Mayweather, not Hatton.. that was a typo...

back to what the actual post is talking about, Collazo has way more power. If floyd had any kind of power, he wouldve grown some nads and KO'ed oscar in the 9th.
yeah i guess he was too busy staying smart and boxing instead up going for the ko and risking getting knocked out by the bigger man
maybe hasim rahman can learn from watching floyd and learn how to win consistently.. instead of getting koed losing his matches

Mayweather / Collazo would have been very similar to Mayweather / Judah, while Hatton struggled...

But that does not mean anything...

Also what a lot of you ARE NOT taking into consideration is that Mayweather has a problem with his hands and could probably hit harder than he is but he is just too cautious with his hands.

You see, I'm not just a hater (I'm not a hater at all) I'm an objective thinker
