Pretty foolish thing to say. He doesn't have to care, and still has held more title belts than 85% of the people in his division.

He got the power and chin as well as exicting style and could be a better fighter but he is not discpline enough.

and the title belts he should thank Don King he is a good promoter that could give a person his title shot

Mayorga does something regular ppl that bust their ass's to become. A world champion thats wealthy.He might not care alot about the sport,but he has skills to fight the elite.It might not be boxing skills but who said you had to be a Ray Leonard in the sport.

He's still been a World Champion.Im sure their are ppl with alot of disipline.I remember watching this fighter on ESPN that when in training he would go to a gym and spend nights there and not be around his family,and he didnt make it. Now look at Mayorga,he probably doesnt do **** like that.Yet he still fights some good fighters and beats some.

Mayorga has amazing natural power that is for sure and Don King is amazing promoter even though people consider him a devil he gives his fighters fast shot to the title instead of the long round journey

Exciting maybe,but not a **** talker,wild wild brawler,someone with an "I'll murder you"face,punching power,storied life background. It takes more then just being exciting.
