thats okey ponce underestimated penalosa in their first fight, but that's not the reason why Ponce WAS NOT ABLE TO KO penalosa on their first fight...

Johhny KD Israel 2x on their fight but did little to NO damage against penalosa...

at this point Gerry's offense is WANTING but his DEFENSE is STILL TOPS!!

I don't think Jhonny was throwing his best shots during the fight. You could tell right off the bat that he was just throwing arm punches to pick up points and win the rounds. Probably trying to conserve energy 'cause of the weight issues. So I don't think we saw Jhonny's strongest shots against Penalosa.

Anyway, Gerry is one tought SOB, and I think Ponce de Leon will have to throw a lot of shots to win another UD...but it'll be interesting to see how Gerry reacts if this time he does get nailed with those bombs that Daniel throws!

Why is oscar putting De Leon in fights vs phillipinos only. Thats not right. I love De Leon but a dont want to label Ponce as a phillipino killer.


That said, i want to see de leon fight Jimrex Jaca, then Bobby Pacquiao
