Even though I love Floyd, I am going to try to make this as objective as possible.

I think Floyd honestly is probably a nice guy (and considering the testimony we have heard from people who meet him, it's probably true). I think he puts on this "I'm a jerk" aura so he can make more money. There are too many good guys out there, especially on the top level, so it is probably quite profitable that he is a ****y jerk in the eyes of the public, but note one thing... he always has great things to say about all of his opponents after the match, because there is no more profit to be made from saying bad things about them.

though i dont really like mayweather back in the day when he did fight people his size he would go toe to toe which would get the fans outta their seats and make you want to see him. Lets hope Hatton can put the pressure on and force a great fight like this..

I just find he dis-respects alot of good fighters past and present, Calls himself a great!!! But I dont see him ever being great..Tyson was great when he was knocking erm over left and right a force of nature.. that was great!!

Your again way off on Floyd. Floyd is known as easily one of the most accomdating boxers in the sport. If you see him on the street he will talk to you, he will give you a autograph, and he will show love. He does it when other boxers dont. He always does things in the community.

Matter of fact, I have never ever heard one single fan say anything bad about him after meeting him, even the guys that cant stand him. They all have came back saying that he was totally nice in person and signed autographs when my favorite fighter left and wouldnt sign them

This thread is moronic, floyd not only thanks his fans, he's building a series of commuinty centres back home to give people in poverty oppertunities, he goes around to schools and gyms around the US talking to families and sigining gloves and other stuff, at thanksgiving it welll known he buys thousands of meals for poor families.
